Advocacy Alert: Reductions in Medicaid Services

On April 7, 2015, Network 180 announced several cuts after reporting a $5-million "funding shortfall."

Below is a letter from The Arc Kent County's executive director, Tammy Finn, in regard to this information:

To: Medicaid Eligible Service Recipients

We are very concerned for your services (Memo from Network 180). It's important to know that reductions in service must be based on a change in medical condition. Your current services have been determined to be medically necessary for amount, scope and duration.
Contact The Arc Kent County immediately if your services are reduced and request the notice of reduction in writing.

Thank you for your continued support. If you would like more information on our programs and services, please visit our website, Facebook, or Twitter page. If you have any other questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us at 616-459-3339.
